The GlueLock Hot Glue Wire Splice Mold Kit is a simple, effective solution for creating strong, insulated wire connections using your hot glue gun. Designed for durability and ease of use, these reusable molds guide hot glue around your splice, forming a solid, protective seal that holds up against stress and wear.

Each kit comes with three separate molds to cover a range of wire sizes:
10 & 12 gauge mold
14 & 16 gauge mold
18 & 22 gauge mold

Color Options:
All Black – A sleek, professional look.
Color-Coded Set (Yellow, Green, Blue) – Each mold size pair is a different color for easy identification.
How to Use
Prepare the Wires – Strip and twist your wire splice together.
Apply Mold Release – To make removal easier and achieve a cleaner finish, lightly coat the inside of the mold with your preferred mold release or lubricant. Most major brands work fine, and even common household lubricants can be used.
Align the Mold – Each mold features small indicator marks to ensure proper alignment and to prevent mixing up different sizes. The wire gauge size is also clearly marked on the outside of each mold for easy selection.
Clamp the Mold – A clamp is required (not included). You can use an F-clamp (bar clamp), C-clamp, or a spring clamp—whichever you prefer.
Apply Hot Glue – Use any standard hot glue, but for maximum strength, industrial-grade or name-brand glue sticks are recommended. Fill the mold completely.
Let It Set – Allow the glue to fully cure for 3 to 5 minutes before removing the mold. This ensures a secure, sealed connection.
